How To Delete Internet History From Firefox
If you share your computer with someone else it can be important to your privacy to learn how to delete Internet history from fire fox. Some people feel that their privacy is important whether they have something to hide or not. This is your business and no one else’s.
On fire fox you can delete the history by opening your tool menu that is found in the top right corner of the browser. Find the option that says clear recent history and click that. There will be another menu that comes up asking just how far you wont to go back to delete history.
You can either choose last hour, two hours, four hours, and everything. You can also choose the type of history to clear such as browsing and downloading history, cookies, active log ins, form and search history, cache, and site preferences. You can also go to the tools menu then choose options and then privacy.
When the drop down menu appears you can choose to either remember history, never remember history, or use customer settings for your history. If you want to delete the history on the address bar you can also do that. When typing in the address bar, recent searches show up to show you suggestions to make finding an address easier.
You can also delete individual addresses in the address bar. Start typing the first letters of the site address in the bar. When it gives you the suggestion for the one you are looking for just click it and hit your delete button.
This will erase the history completely but if you feel the need to double check you can do that by simply typing in the beginning of the address to see if it comes up.
